The reference chart below gives the jet and rod combination that corresponds with the tune-up number. Clean all the parts, stick the whole deal together any old way it will fit, put the result in a box and send it off to Indianapolis to salvage the result. Cleaned it up, and tried it again. Lay them carefully in the bottom of the basket and don't disturb them by shaking the basket. Regardless, I'm going to use my impact screwdriver to disassemble every carb I get now.

Remove pin spring 7 and remove connector rod 15 from levers. Invert fuel bowl 49 to remove discharge checkweight 37 and check ball 38. Lacquer thinner works pretty good for cleaning. From there, that '32 Ford began being the tester for many of Edelbrock's future parts, including that first intake manifold, cylinder heads, pistons, crankshafts and steering wheels.

Cleaned, rejetted, and regasketed our Edelbrock carburetor is ready once more to mix fuel reliably for many miles to come. These carbs have torx screws I believe, so don't try to get by with a philips.
